The Golf Academy was founded in 2004 in order to cultivate top caliber young golfers and train them to play at the top of the game as well as to represent the Club and country in national and international competitions.
At the Golf Academy, golfers will improve, play, learn and enjoy becoming golf champions of Israel.
If you ask your friends overseas, you will discover that golf is one of the best loved sports among young people around the world. Tiger Woods, the most famous and successful golfer in the world today, is a prime example of this. In Israel as well, golf is drawing an increasing number of people who are captivated by the ingenious rules, competitive atmosphere and recreation on the lush green lawns.
Golf Academy Goals
1. To provide an opportunity to young people to excel and to challenge themselves to be the best in the sport
2. To institute integrity, honesty and respect as a means towards the championship
3. To teach of the rules of the game, and to make golfers ambassadors of the game
4. To provide an opportunity to compete in international championships at least three times a year, and to achieve good results
5. To create a junior team that will play at the top levels in Europe
6. To increase the number of leading golfers in Israel, in order to create competition, and excellent players
