For people arriving south of Caesarea:

Highway 6 (Trans-Israel Highway)
Travel north on Highway 6 until you reach the Iron Junction. Once you exit the highway, turn west and drive on Highway 65 towards Hadera and Caesarea. Continue driving, pass Nahal Hadera intersection, the Caesarea intersection, drive underneath the bridge and continue to Caesarea itself.
Drive by the Orot Rabin Power Station and continue straight (north / west) until you reach the T intersection (the Anchor Sculpture) and turn right.
Continue driving north and turn left at the third traffic island (west) until you reach the end of the highway.
At the end of the highway is a parking lot for visitors.

Highway 2 (the Coastal Highway)
Travel on the Coastal Highway north until you reach the Caesarea Intersection. After the Caesarea intersection, turn west towards the direction of Caesarea.
Drive by the Orot Rabin Power Station and continue straight (north / west) until you reach the T intersection (the Anchor Sculpture) and turn right.
Continue driving north and turn left at the third traffic island (west) until you reach the end of the highway.
At the end of the highway is a parking lot for visitors

On Highway 4 (old Tel Aviv - Haifa Highway)
Travel north on the old highway towards Haifa until you reach Nahal Hadera. Turn west (left) at the intersection towards the Caesarea junction.
Drive underneath the Caesarea junction (Coastal Highway) and arrive in Caesarea. Drive by the Orot Rabin Power Station and continue straight (north / west) until you reach the T intersection (the Anchor Sculpture) and turn right.
Continue driving north and turn left at the third traffic island (west) until you reach the end of the highway.
At the end of the highway is a parking lot for visitors

For those arriving from north of Caesarea:
Highway 2 (Coastal Highway)
Drive south on the Coastal Highway until you reach the Caesarea intersection. Once you reach the intersection, turn west towards Caesarea.
Drive by the Orot Rabin Power Station and continue straight (north / west) until you reach the T intersection (the Anchor Sculpture) and turn right.
Continue driving north and turn left at the third traffic island (west) until you reach the end of the highway.
At the end of the highway is a parking lot for visitors

Highway 4 (Old Tel Aviv - Haifa Highway)
Travel south on the old highway towards Haifa until you reach the intersection with Route 651 and enter Or Akiva. Turn west (right) at the intersection towards Caesarea.
Drive underneath the highway (Highway No. 2) and continue driving west towards Caesarea. Continue driving straight at the island until you reach the end of the highway.
At the end of the highway is a parking lot for visitors.
