Caesarea residents firmly believe that education is the key to the growth of a quality , leading and excellent community. Caesarea provides its future generation with quality education and enrichment services - innovative and professional preschools, the Caesarea Elementary School, which serves hundreds of pupils from the town, and a joint junior / senior high school along the Hof Hacarmel in Maagan Michael. The junior and senior high schools are under the auspices of the Hof Hacarmel Regional council, which strictly maintains a top quality level of education.

Caesarea has 350 children between the ages of 2-6 who enjoy top quality education. The town has five preschools for various ages that are managed by excellent educational staffs employed by the department of education in the Hof Hacarmel Regional Council. In addition, two private preschools operate in Caesarea under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and private preschool association.
