The Caesarea Culture and Recreational Center, the social heart of the town, has been operating since 1992. The center serves as a meeting ground for recreation and enrichment for all Caesarea residents: adults, teens and children, offering a range of activities throughout the day. The center offers a diversity of clubs and cultural events on holidays and throughout the year, including the C Morning Club - a club for residents who are 50+, a theater group, dance and choir, bridge club, teen center, music center, country club, golf club, etc. As part of the community tradition, Caesarea hosts holiday festivities such as planting of trees on Tu B'Shevat, the Purim Adloyada, Memorial Day ceremonies, special community production for Independence Day, etc.

Caesarea residents are involved in the formulation of cultural programs and community activities. A residents committee that operates in Caesarea is party to the formulation of the town's cultural and educational program: teen committee, cultural committee, preschool committee, education committee, etc.

The Caesarea community assigns tremendous importance to the advancement of environmental quality in the town. The Caesarea Development Co. operates several environmental quality promotion programs, including Puppy LOVE, treatment of stray cats, positioning of recycling bins to collect plastic bottles and paper, etc.
