The Caesarea Development Co., founded by Edmond de Rothschild, is a unique entity tha tprovides all its customers with a range of business, municipal and community services.
The company, which spearheaded core values of quality of life and environment, education, service community and continuity, assigns tremendous imnportance to the application of these values by providing top notch service, as reflected in reliability, caring and commitment over the long term to all of its residents, based on their unique needs.

Aiming to spearehad customer service and based on a commitment and desire to establish a relationship with the residents, a telephone service and sales center was established.
We guarantee that the service and sales center will promote excellence in the company's various activities that are eligible to receive the service, subject to the following parameters:
Availability - we are available to you and invite you to contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Responsibility and Quality - we receive and document every inquiry, and forward that inquiry to the relevant party, as well as constantly monitor the complete processing of the inquiry.
Added Values - we initiate processes to improve service while also adding new services and products in order to enhance the service expeirence for all our customers.

The service and sales center resolves and responds to a varity of issues related to a range of Company activities:
Updated local information - the Center provides information regarding garbage and foliage trim removal, sanitation services for the town and shores, community activiteis, clubs for children and teens, various events in Caesarea, business hours of the Caesarea Country Club and Golf Club, transporatation in Caesarea Park, security in the town and in the Park, information about businesses in the town and in the Business Park, etc.
Reporting Hazards - people can call the center to report hazards such as obstacles on the road, fallen trees, pipe damage, live electrical wires. The call center will forward these reports to the relevant authorities to handle.
Inquiry Processing - you are invited to contact the call center for a variety of problems, such as: garbage and trimmed foliage removal, public sanitation, landscaping, water infrastructure problems, electricity infrastructure problems, communication problems, sewage and drainage infrastructure problems, security and safety issues, traffic and transportation, hazard removal, construction enforcement, etc.
Sale of Services and Products - the call center provides information about a range of Company products and services such as golf lessons and courses, group fun days to learn about golf, information about the Port of Caesarea and Time Travel attraction, etc.
