The service and sales center resolves and responds to a varity of issues related to a range of Company activities:
• Updated local information - the Center provides information regarding garbage and foliage trim removal, sanitation services for the town and shores, community activiteis, clubs for children and teens, various events in Caesarea, business hours of the Caesarea Country Club and Golf Club, transporatation in Caesarea Park, security in the town and in the Park, information about businesses in the town and in the Business Park, etc.
• Reporting Hazards - people can call the center to report hazards such as obstacles on the road, fallen trees, pipe damage, live electrical wires. The call center will forward these reports to the relevant authorities to handle.
• Inquiry Processing - you are invited to contact the call center for a variety of problems, such as: garbage and trimmed foliage removal, public sanitation, landscaping, water infrastructure problems, electricity infrastructure problems, communication problems, sewage and drainage infrastructure problems, security and safety issues, traffic and transportation, hazard removal, construction enforcement, etc.
