The Caesarea Development Corporation is accompanying the construction of a green or environmentally friendly house in Neighborhood 3.

The Caesarea Development Corporation will accompany the construction of a green, or environmentally friendly, house in Neighborhood 3 at the center of town and will help its owners distribute the green construction message in Caesarea.

The house, which is being built by Daniel Gershoni, is in the advanced stages of construction and includes environmental elements such as grey water recycling system, solar energy system, energy saving air conditioner and an organic garden.

In order to disseminate the message of green construction, Gershoni agreed to open up his home to residents interested in green construction or renovation, to demonstrate and instruct them as well as to host pupils from Caesarea to explain the importance of this topic to them.

The green architect who chose Gershoni for the project is Michal Vital Baron from Karkur.
